STUDIOKJ, LLC manages a private guest residence in Bridgehampton, New York and sends text messages to invited guests about their own stay: a sign-in link to their private guest page, arrival-day logistics, a reminder the day before, and replies to questions they send us. It carries no marketing or promotional content and there is no public sign-up.

Guests receive messages only after opting in themselves — by ticking an unchecked box beside their own mobile number on their guest page, or by telling us directly that they would prefer to be texted, which we then record. The date and source of consent are stored. Consent is never a condition of staying with us or of anything else.

Message frequency varies with a guest’s plans — typically two to five messages around a stay, plus any conversation they start. There is no recurring schedule.

We charge nothing for the service. Message and data rates may apply depending on the recipient’s mobile plan.

Reply STOP to any message to stop all further messages; a single confirmation follows and then nothing. Reply HELP, or email support@thekoellerchiangs.com, for assistance.

Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is sold, rented, or provided to anyone for their own marketing under any circumstances. See our privacy policy.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is not guaranteed. We do not rely on text messages alone for anything time-critical. Carrier support may change without notice.
