STUDIOKJ, LLC (“Studio K&J”) advises retail and consumer businesses, and manages a private guest residence in Bridgehampton, New York. This policy covers information we hold in both capacities.
For business clients and enquiries: the name, email address, and any details you send us when you get in touch.
For guests of the residence we manage: name, email address, mobile number if given, date of birth, dietary preferences and allergies, arrival plans, and messages sent to us. Guests enter this themselves on their own private guest page.
We do not use advertising trackers. Site analytics are aggregate and privacy-preserving (Plausible), with no cookies and no cross-site tracking.
Where a guest opts in, we use their mobile number only to send messages about their own stay — a sign-in link to their guest page, arrival-day logistics, a reminder the day before, and replies to questions they send us.
Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is sold, rented, or provided to anyone for their own marketing under any circumstances.
Consent is recorded with the date it was given and how. A guest may withdraw it at any time by replying STOP, and may reply HELP or email us for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Withdrawing consent never affects a guest’s stay — we simply use email instead. Full programme detail is on our guest messaging page and in our messaging terms.
To do the work we have been engaged for, to host our guests, and to reach the people we are working with. Nothing else.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
It is seen by the principals of the firm, and it passes through the services we use to operate: Amazon Web Services (hosting, encrypted backups, and message delivery) and Google (email and calendar). We would also disclose information where the law required it.
We keep information for as long as the engagement or the guest relationship is live, and afterwards only as our records require. Email support@thekoellerchiangs.com to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted.
